Since I've been looking for this addon for a long time and found it nowhere, now that I got it I decided to make a forum post and upload it so people can find it with ease. (thanks xinef)

It's because you see the nameplates of friendly units, and you can't see your own nameplate. If you don't like this feature, simply disable nameplates to show on friendly units.
