Maybe 1 year ago i m stoped playing wow on rangaros molten.I have there account one but i cant log because molten is restart to warmane.I want play again but on mop.What i can do with that old acc?Maybe i can get 90 lvl on my new here when i make or something else?

make new account and make a new character level 1.

You can't get ur old account back as it's been far too long since they were offering it, so you gotta make a new one.
