Dunno about bgs but I play ally lvl 64 atm (elf priest) and in world PvP, I haven't died in 1v1 yet, while when i was on horde (lvld till 70) i have, few times, so, from my own experience, ally is probably better skillwise

Nope, no BGs at 70+
And only place where horde is dominating is that, where they outnumber alliance 3 to 1, else they never attack lol.
