Unable to access Northrend

Everyone who's not currently in Northrend is unable to re-enter either through boat, zep or hearth.

Yup, tried to HS inside northrend and it claimed i didnt have the required expansion installed.. and logged onto DK to do some questing, starting area teleport doesn't want to work because players are not having the correct expansion > can't continue questing :(
