Is it possible to transfer a character on here?

Even from this private server? I got another character in a different realm.

transfers between expansions aren't possible at this time. and they don't do transfers from higher rate realms to lower rates. so the only transfers you could ever hope to see would be lord to icecrown. and since icecrown has max pop and a que half the day, you won't see transfers open for that anytime soon

Okay because I have a character on the higher servers but I cannot get in because of the queues also I like the medium server better and wanted to see if I can transfer but if I cannot then that is okay.
