I lost my character,GM pls help !

Hey guys i recently started playing wow,umm i lvled my paladin to lvl 90 but it bothers me too much i cant take it. WHY did i lost all my characters ?
I had like couple of 90 lvl with professions to the max ! i have screen shots of them and i ask of gm's to give them back to me or at least get me my monk back :(


I am attending college and i don't have much time to lvl i just wish to play pls help me

when did you play here last time?
1 years ago there has been a problem, all Characters were lost, everyone had to start all over again.

Yea i know then they gave us all those coins and stuff i was playing a lot until this summer brake(the one in 2015 and after then couple of games here and there )

were you playing on sargeras? because sargeras had low population so they decided to merge frostwolf and sargeras and they gave us free transfer from sargeras to frostwolf... transfer was open for a long time so maybe you didn't transfer and you lost all of your characters.

oh snap that's probably it xD i hope they can help me with this,i have no memory of that that's probably when my finals were so i wasn't playing xD GOD DAMN COLLEGE
