Probably postponed until all fixes are checked and are working properly. Maybe they decided to merge it with tomorrows release of EoE, Naxx and OS + Arena

Anyway I'd like to see the changelog as well, there is some fixes but there also is a few bugged quest givers when they were working before -.-
