Recreate character

Hello, i have question. Is there any possibility to recreate character, because when I start playing my troll have black head.

So it looks like you got past level 20 judging from the gear... How long did it take you to realize your head was black? If you say you started playing and it was like this, why would you bring it up now? Looks like a graphics card issue or something else.

I start playing on old version of wotlk. That screen is from wotlk with models from draenor. I tray change my character in Barber Shop but that doesn't give results. When I create new character all work well.

On the other hand.. i supposed this is a glitch from the "draenor models" .. My advice is to reinstal wow ... Don`t think they will allow recreating chars.
I wanted the version with the models but i knew it has issues and glitches so i just sticked to the classic one...
