Pandaria Can't start the game

Hello guys,

I've got a problem with the download, because after the download the game will not run. In data/enGB is not a file with realmlist maybe that's the problem? So if that's the problem, how do I fix it or how would it run anyway? I hope someone can help me with this.

What does it say when you run it? Try running it as an administrator.

Shouldnt it go in the support forum? Also dont run a game as administrator, its a security issue and the game runs just fine in user mode.
