I just donated $21.95 (20 Euros) but I didn't receive any bonus Coins at all. I chose the 27 coin option with the impression I would be given at the very least 28 or 30 so I can obtain an item for 28 coins, but I get only 27? Why am I not benefiting from bonus coins. I'm actually really upset about this ****.

If you got the $30 one (30 coins normally), you would have received 41 coins, due to an 11 coin bonus (what I chose).
The $20/euro one is normally just for 20 coins I think, with the bonuses. It is about $1 per coin.
Maybe you can refund it and/or get the other one, for those extra coins.
