Uldum starting quest.

I am leveling and reach level 83, so I came to Uldum. In the questline, I need to accept the Easy Money (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=27003/easy-money) quest in Tanaris, but it doesn't appears to me.

So, what I should do?

(PS: I just want to know how to reach level 84 and move on).

the Uldum zone is not made yet :) just do several Therazane Daily quests till 84, and then go directly to Twilight Highlands, though, if you desire, you can stay in DH till Pandaria... but you will have ilvl problems!

I went back to Deepholm and made the quests of the Explorer League.
Then I went to Therazane Throne, as you recommended, there I found several NPCs with the quest symbol in the head, but no one of them were "clickable".

I really don't know what to do.

the Uldum zone is not made yet :)

Uldum zone works fine.
on Neltharion you can get the quest "Warchief: uldum" ( or the alliance equivalent) from the Capital Board.
on Frostwolf you need to do the quest chain like on Retail starting by http://www.wowhead.com/quest=27953/the-reliquary
