WoD Models- Errors

Hey guys, i have been experiencing so far lots of errors, and im pretty sure These WoD models have something to do with it, even when tryin to change haircut in barbershop gives me errors, is there any way to remove these WoD models without having to get WOtlk old client or smt? ty

Go into \Data and rename/delete
patch-W.MPQ

Go into \Data\enUS and rename/delete
