WotLK Insane frezze

Hello, since today I have some issue in game that make me unable to even play.
- -
When I try to do a spell or use my mount, I can have around 4-12 min delay before even start the animation, I have done some test with my friend, and on his screen I was actually doing the action.

I was able to make an interraction with a mob already dead since few minute without respawning /
move trought object that did'nt finish loading /
be at two place at the same time/
it occur when I am in area with a lot of people ( I can play just fine in the starter zone )

I have at this moment 23 000 ms and 60 fps in game (even when I was at 115 ms I was not able to do anything at ogrimmar) /
speed test : 10 ms ; 65 down ; 11 up
I have reinstall the whole game before via the website before starting the tread/
It's around 1 am to 7 am server time its not even close to close to full

any idea to fix my problem ? I did'nt find a tread who resolve my problem.
