Now that they added 2 new bgs to Lord, can't they patch them over to Frostwolf? Would be nice to have a few more to run.

Huh? I thought they said the reason they are doing Lord first is because it would then be easier to port stuff to other realms? Did I miss read that or more smoke to appease us?

They will, brah. Just to Ragnaros, Blackrock and Deathwing. They're gonna wait till cata and mop die out, so they can truly live up to their website name "Warmane-The Private WOTLK Server".

You cant port something from the new core lordaeron uses to the old core which frostwolf has atm , you have to wait for the 5.4.8 patch first.

5.4.8 apparently will have a new core (i think?) which will make it easier to port stuff. But that's just what i've read. Hard to trust after so many empty promises.
