Drop rate

What's going on with quest items drop? It's not even x1, killing like dozens of Kurzen mobs in the camp gives not a single "Jungle Remedy" item. Or gnolls' ichors drop rate near the Brill . More chance to get some blue item than quest item. I know it's so "hardcore" and people will start flaming me but it's not ok at all

Bump* I killed about 50 Cobras in Scholar Basin for 5 fangs - thats insane and this isnt the first time Ive experienced this.. Just the one that came to my mind!

As far as I know the only confirmed bugged loot is that certain mobs are dropping greens and blues like hot cakes.

The mobs you mentioned are notorious for having terrible drops rates for quest items on both retail and here.
