Character stucked

Hi, I'm bugged with my character Derothus on Frostwolf. I have used a Hearthstone on one of the ships and i started to falling down a then I was dead. I can't use any of help services, because it says I'm still moving. So I wanna ask you, if you can do something with it, do it please. I don't wanna lose this character. Thank you.
