WotLK WoW Error Dalaran Only!

I get a WoW error with in 5 minutes or less of being in dalaran. My roomate who has a core 2 quad has no issues, but I do as I will list my specs below.
Basically I get a error and nothing I've done can fix it. Updated drivers, Cleaned the pc and scanned for viruses. It pops up with a error stating that wow can't access an X amount of disk space or memory. Pc specs below.

4690k 3.5/4.5oc Stock right now.
Asus Direct ii 970
1tb WD Blue
z87 Msi Mpower Max
550 Watt Powersupply
8gb 1866 dominator red.

try to make a search on this forum, someone with the same issue solved by using a programm that increase the RAM used by WoW

Gotta love people reporting an error without mentioning the error.
My car broke, but you have to fix it without being near it or knowing the type or knowingwhat stopped working, but it has 4 wheels, an engine, seats, doors and a steering wheel, please help.
