Terrain Bugging

Ugh. It says in the title, i've noticed people started terrain bugging. For people who don't know what that is, they basicly cover in some spot and it says ''target not in the line of sight'' and you can't do ****. For example i saw it on Battle of Gilneas where a priest covers under some wood close to mines, another example enemy flag carrier covered in warsong gulch and stood there until our flag carrier got killed. So my question is that allowed? If not will it be fixed?

Or wait until Warmane implements true LoS....prolly never.

When something like that happens in both PvE and PvP, a priest using Psychic Scream or some other AoE displacement like a Balance Druid's Typhoon or Elemental Shaman's Thunderstorm.
