WOTLK Mount Speed

Hello i have problem finding information on some mounts and Speed scaling in wotlk or did it even have it..

i was wondering does "Reins of the Blue Proto-Drake" normal speed is 280% right ?
and when i get 310% speed mount will "Reins of the Blue Proto-Drake" be also 310% ? or not?

Or learning some flying skill gave 310% have Forgotten all abouth Wotlk... :D
or did only Specific mounts give 310%speed ?

Frost Wyrms, Purple Proto Drake, Onxyian Drake are some examples.

Only specific mounts. All those scale with your riding skills mounts are 280% increase in speed

This is a very fast mount.

Very fast - 280%.
Extremely fast - 310%.

There are some mounts that take speed of your fastest mount. One of them is Invincible.

Okey Thanks for Help.. Sad that "Reins of the Blue Proto-Drake" will be 280% all the time.. even if i have 310% mount..
