I am so confused....Take a look at this bug I just reported; https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/15773

The mana restoration aspect of Vampiric Touch is completely broken on Warmane 4.3.4....It probably was since January 2015 (moltdown). This was previously 100% working in December 2014 (Molten Warsong), BEFORE Moltdown so I don't know how this happened....But how did nobody else of you even notice it??? Spriests inherently have a mana problem (burst class) and this is one of the key ways to get your mana back...I just started playing again over the weekend and noticed it right away....No other high rated spriests on Nelth/Warsong noticed this??
