Hackers in the world PvP zone

This was a issue today for me. Being dropped from a gazzilion meters up is not really fair. Can we fix this? I know pics/vids are being collected, but I'm just asking if the staff can do anything to mitigate this.

You must write a ticket in game. GMs only track tickets but not forums.

Why is Blackrock not receiving any attention in this matter?

Any time I pull up a ticket in-game it never gets answered.

The other realms seem to have a fair amount of GMs. Why is Blackrock not being policed for hackers?

I don't think it's enough to report people after the incident, there should be someone actively banning these people and also BANNING THEM FOR GOOD. They need to be IP banned if it's a second offence. One of the hackers told me today that he's been banned 30 times and just makes a new account. This is insane.

All of those players get banned, you cannot really stop anyone from creating a new account, using VPN etc.
