cant write a normal ticket except the ban appeal

Hi, i have a question about the ticket writing at the support tab on the website, there is only one option "ban appeal" exist for me, and i cant write a normal ticket to inquiry, i was wondering why is that , is it becuz my account has to wait for certain amount of time to write a normal ticket?
btw, i create my account one and half month ago, anyone have some info about this? thanks

Only premium accounts can use other ticket types. You can send email to [email protected] instead.
