No, you wouldn't know since you haven't played on Lordaeron (old one, around 2011/12).
And the story is quite long, not many people even remember what it was about - and most of those that do, quit playing a long time ago..
There is truth in that article regarding Ohdo, the player. Yet another amazing coincidence regarding that wonderful being.
Although I am not sure if he has the syndrome itself, he did show symptoms of it ingame (difficulty with speaking and moving).
Ohdo is still playing on Ragnaros at the moment, I wonder what will happen when the two realms collide and he realizes that there is a cult named after him.
However I doubt that his vocabulary is rich enough to express himself regarding the matter anyway.
