what is the difference between 32bit exe and 64bit exe? example i have a PC with 64bit OS and use 32bit wow.exe instead of 64bit wow.exe? is there any difference or not? thanks

You cannot run a 64 bits client on a 32 bits OS but you can the other way around.
Having said that, a 64 bits client will generally run smoother.

Worked! the realm list wasn't inside the WTF/config folder so i had to add it myself "SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com" And
SET patchlist "logon.warmane.com" once you add those in the confic folder under WTF go back to the main Mist of pandaria folder and right click and uncheck "read only" . Right click the new wow.exe and hit properties and go to compatibility tab and check "run program as admin" save and done, the game should work now. hope that this will work for others too.

i'm sorry Zelta, i'm kinda confused here: the first post says to me to replace files, but it delivers me with 2 files diferent of what it says: Wow_Patched, and Wow_Patched_64 (i belive)... so...
What is to Replace with what anyways?
wich one is the WoD models? i can make the game roll, but i wanted the WoD models.
But even trying to use the old WoD model one, it sends me back to 5.4.2...
and even at the Download one, does not have the WoD models there...

forget for a moment about WoD models.
Do you have a MoP 5.4.2? then you have first get a fully working 5.4.8 client. So now you have different 3 options:
1) go here: https://www.warmane.com/download and get full 5.4.8 client by selecting "Mist of Pandaria"
2) or by selecting "MoP minimal", it is a 16MB installer which let you play and download the game at same time
3) if you are using 5.4.2 WITHOUT WoD models then you can Upgrade it to 5.4.8 by just downloading the "wow.exe" from 5.4.8 torrent and place it inside your 5.4.2 folder
Once you have a fully working 5.4.8 ( it succesfully let you enter in game) you can think about how to add the WoD models

How you guys install this seriously, I downloaded full 5.4.8 patch and it is not working and seems not complete... I cannot even run a game...

what have you downloaded? this thread is to upgrade the MoP 5.4.2 client to 5.4.8, if you do not have a MoP 5.4.2 then you have to get a full 5.4.8 client from here: https://www.warmane.com/download

Yea I did what you wrote here and it is not working.
I downloaded full version 5.4.8 and it is not working an error appears and the files seem uncomplete...
No idea how I will play now

If you have the full client all you have to is to download them and replace them into your files.

My problem looks like this
I downloaded full client MOP 5.4.8 from Warmane site as it says. Installed it but can't run the game.
My game folder and error which appears after trying to open the game looks like this:

yes.
1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

I have replaced the wow.exe with Wow-64_Patched.exe
Im able to login to game. I can see all my characters, all good. But when i enter into the world, im getting critical wow error.
