Blizzard SkillCast UI Disabled

i cant see when i mounting or casting spell. i have tried Quartz too but not working. It happens my main char, other alts are fine. (I have already checked Read only on wow folder but it comes checked again.) and ofc my binding too everytime resets.

Enable it then.
WTF>ACC>Name>Realm>Char>AddOns. txt
Set disabled to enabled.

Sry when wow folder and WTF folder is read only it cant write anything and download or set something addons.txt is missing. Can u please if u have Addons.txt share pls :)

how do you enable that skillcast ui? Few of my char doesnt have castbar :(

That happens only in my dk but any of my 11 characters have in the addon folder the addon name mentioned. Any other type?

I have the same problem as you , well maybe a little different , I can't get in ANY bg , it says BLizzard PVP ui has been disabled by addon , I don't have any addons . Any ideas?

Simple problem.I downloaded the new client and i can't see my cast bars when i mount , use my hearthstone nor when i am taking a flag in EoTS . Can anyone help?

I need some informations:
1) Are you guys using old 5.4.2 client with "wow.exe" from 5.4.8?
2) are you guys using 5.4.8 client?
---a) Did you guys copy/pasted "Interface" from old 5.4.2 into new 5.4.8 folder? ( so your Blizzard_xxUI files are basically from a 5.4.2)
---b) Did you guys copy/pasted only your addons so kept origianl Blizzard_xxUI of 5.4.8 version?

I am using 5.4.8 torrent client. Trying on x86 and x64 client do the same. I will try using 5.4.2 addon later.
