Pandaria i cant pvp

so i just downloaded pvp, log in , and i cant start the player vs player menu, when i press H or left klick it on bottom bar, nothing happens, but something is poping up while i play and it says, couldnt load blizzard time manager- disabled
any help?

As an alternative you can browse to \WTF\Account\ACCOUNT_NAME\REALM\CHARACTER_NAME\Add Ons.txt and set Blizzard_<addOn> to enabled.
