Pandaria Character bugged on Frostwolf ( mists of pandaria )

i just used my hearthstone and now every time when i try to log in i got this error, tried to unstuck from the website but still nothing.

Are you using a 5.4.8 client or old 5.4.2 with "wow.exe" from 5.4.8?

5.4.8 i'm playing form like 2 days with it this just happened

then try to play for a while with MoP minimal, go here: https://www.warmane.com/download get " mist of pandaria minimal" ( it is only 16MB)
You just need to move your Character away from that zone

then get the full torrent client :P
or get it again and see if when you log-in it crashes, you can always delete it afterward
