Cant Launch Wow.exe

Hey, downloaded full new 5.4.8 version wow warmane, and when i use wow.exe nothing heppens. When was 5.4.2 was the same when i use wow exe, but there was another exe named wow_wod.exe then it works. On 5.4.8 there is no wow wod exe and i cant play now for 4 days :(

What does it say when you try and open it? Like, what error message do you get? You didn't move the wow.exe to your desktop did you? (I only ask because that is the problem 99% of the time)

If WoD version worked for you, we have it too for 5.4.8, but make to download the full client first from the web.

Going into file properties and removing "read only" fixed it for me
