Pandaria Fire mage pyroblast

Hello guys, I watched those Hansol's pvp guides for openers etc. still dont get it how to get 100% pyroblast with those openers.

So 1st of his openers is from inferno blast-dont get that... also he dont mention living bomb sometimes.
Second is on frozen target.

Can someone here can write some guides for that and tell me some tips for more pyroblast procs?

Its not just rng luck, he is talking about 100% crit on frozen target and also something that sqorch reseting heating up or dunno.
Also there is inforno-combustion-inferno crit chance... How much there is setting up and rng luck?

Inferno is guaranteed critical, and you use Combustion to reset cooldown on Inferno. And you use Inferno if you want a Hot Streak proc quick or use it when you spell fails to do a critical strike.
