Main reason is because those who play on Cataclysm realm are there ONLY because they like Cataclysm - not WOTLK, not MoP. They will just leave server if there will be no Cataclysm realm.

Neltharion back in the day, yes. But people then had the option to transfer to other wotlk realm (Deathwing), which they wont have now.

Warmane could offer transfers to Neltharion with a playtime requirement and afterwards update warsong to MoP.

I like the idea.
Neltharion would stay in Cataclysm, but Warsong would be converted to pandaria.
Rite now the realm is practically dead, and needs a fast battle rez.

Exactly, people that like Cata go on Neltharion, but convert Warsong into MoP, people here don't care about the expansion, only about pvp and updating Warsong to MoP would populate the realm in my opinion cuz MoP pvp is nice :D

MoP PvP is abysmal to say the least; you just sit in some form of CC 70% of the time. They even had to prune CC in WoD, but even then it was still bad, all because of MoP lol. People who say MoP PvP was fun are likely those who played OP classes. Either that or their trinket finally came off cooldown.
