I've seen some people with the hateful gladiator weapons, does anyone know where you can buy them from? I checked Area 52 and Dalaran Sewers but i found nothing

As stated above, even myself could not find any pvp starting wpns. You probably have to invest some money to get your pvp starting wpn. You can get hateful if I can recall in the normal way ( 1600+ rating +arena points) Im a SAD PANDA for making pvp starting wpns impossible to get the normal way :( but business is business

This is true. Hateful and Savage weapons were never obtainable within the actual game.
