Pandaria Ignite damage

Has anyone noticed a difference in ignite damage(pve).
Is ignite bugged or they fixed ignite just need to know what has happened to ignite damage.
On an average I used to hit 50k ignites in a PvE environment and now hardly reach 35k.
What has happened?

it is not hard at all to test it, are you able to use a calculator?
use Scroch on a dummy, ignite it has only 2 ticks so each tick must do 6% of the Scrosh dmg ( then add Mastery bonus if it increase DoT or Fire dmgs)

a single hit works as intented but im not sure in ignite munching ( ignite stacking is seems broken )
