Theres currently just tyrannical and grievous vendors in this season malevolent gear will be craftable though with soo release , if you cant wait just get the gear from marketplace.

why is SOO connected with malevolent crafts?you are suppose to be able to discover it on grievous season.

because they havent scripted the professions recipes for malevolent pvp gear yet. Its simply not in game atm it can only be bought through donations
