peroffesions for wrong classes

hey all, i didn't understand how i should choose the proffesions between my characters so i gave it randomly.
now i got a hunter with jewelcrafting and mining i think its ok
rouge with tailoring and enchanting, i think its a mistake
and warlock with herbalism and alchemy , i think its a mistake as well becuz i think now rouge and warlock should be the opposite
what do u say? its already 600 and bought half contender and rep recipes with rouge but its still around 200-300 with warlock

and another thing and becuz of it i didnt put the topic in specific discussion, race change gives gender change?

but with my warlock should i take tailoring proffesion or it doesnt matter which one has the tailoring?
becuz i saw there are enchantments for cloth gear in tailoring and i dont know if they are important for lvl 90 or only till lvl 85
