is this item droppable? i red that it should be in this patch, but i have never seen it in-game, neither at the ah, nor dropped by someone else!

Best rogue sword on the market! At least until Naxx 25m or Malygo's.
But let me tell ya man, even in retail WoTLK that sword had such a horrible drop rate. I played all of 3.0 to 3.2 and I don't really ever remember seeing that sword being sold in trade chat or even a rogue carrying it into Naxx or anything. I think it's just a random epic sword with a really horrible drop rate, but yeah for real the stats are great for combat rogues.

i checked at booty bay, but nothing.. i hoped that with 10k people someone did find it :)

No one in their right mind would sell at booty bay, the auction house cut is way too big, waste of gold. There's plenty of people on each faction who would want that, and who are rich enough to get it.

Exactly this ^. The only use for BBAH is to sell Green Hills of Stranglethorn pages and to trade gold/items form A/H or H/A. If I was you I'd check with your respected faction AH and see what's going on their.

I checked in swah and nothing.. probably is just too rare, but as i said, with 10k ppl i found strange that i never seen it anywhere!

Well that doesn't mean 10k at endgame, there are still 1000's of people out there questing and leveling, but also as I had said before, I don't think I really ever saw this sword in retail WoTLK, either. Sorry mate, but at least there are good weapons in heroic that can easily carry you into Naxx.
