FROSTWOLF stuck at connected

Im trying to log to FROSTWOLF server.but it stuck at connected when i press cancel it shows that FROSTWOLF is offline???whats the problem

if you see Frostwolf offline it is because you are still using MoP 5.4.2, Frostwolf has been upgraded to 5.4.8.
So now you have different 3 options:
1) go here and get full 5.4.8 client: https://www.warmane.com/download by Selecting "Mist of Pandaria"
2) or by Selecting "MoP minimal", it is an installerr which let you play and download the game at same time ( it is only 16MB)
3) if you are using 5.4.2 WITHOUT WoD models then you can Upgrade it to 5.4.8 by just downloading the "wow.exe" from 5.4.8 torrent
