Creating New Dk, but other factoion. Possible!?

Hallo guys,
I did LVL up horde to lvl55 And created Dk. After that I deleted my 55 horde, cause my main goal was to create Dk. Now I got only 60LVL Dk. Will I be able to delete it and create instantly on same realm (lordareon) but alliance dk?..or same horde Dk but with other name? But I want alliance now.
Would be great if you could help me out with this question.

try to create right now a DK ally, are you able to do it? ( so without deleting anything)
