Pandaria Problem with broken pandaren quest chain

Today I made a pandaren monk and a friend made a pandaren priest, we were questing following the chain and then after completing this http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:...of_Shen-zin_Su the npc offered us the next quest (http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:...Breeze_Village) with a blue "?", which was weird, with the option to complete it, that we click and nothing happens, like this . I tried deleting the cache folder, but still it persists, so I just want to be sure that it worked for some time ago (since there are pandas in the world) and then it got bugged or if there is some way to bypass this bug and follow the chain

From what I can see in the bug tracker, there seem to already be a few bug reports about this quest or at least the NPC. It might not have been scripted, take a look for yourself. If it's a new bug, go ahead and create a bug tracker for it.
