Must be the World of Warcraft: Undercity Edition client.
But in all seriousness, I'm not sure how to go about fixing it so maybe someone else will. Goodluck

I really don't know what the problem is. I'd assume it has something to do with the WoD character models that you're using, but I can't say with any certainty.
