NOTE ABOUT TRINKETS: On fights where Fury of the Five buff will fall off often then Greatness is *probably* #1 trinket 1 and rest follow, http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=40371 great for burst like Gothik/KT phase 1, http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=37166 / http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=39257 good for controlled burst like on Malygos sparks, use your imagination...

    IN THIS GEAR:
Hit Rating: 344 (13% soft spell hit cap as Draenei Shaman)
Expertise rating: 148 (27/27 just 2 rating above cap rounded up becomes 27 with 9 from Unleashed Rage 3/3)

I took Jewelcrafting just to be able to reach spell hit & expertise caps, Tailoring is obviously best in slot if you can make it work. Feel free to leave input, this is my conclusion of BiS after playing and theorycrafting Enhancement on Frostmourne since about a week after launch.
Also before anyone says anything, yes Calamity + WF is better than Wraith Spellhance, especially at BiS. With the current amount of testing I’ve been able to do so far on my Frostmourne Shaman, the traditional Windfury build is superior in many ways to Spellhancement once Calamity’s Grasp is acquired. This is due to a few reasons, the main thing being the large increase in auto attack damage (in combination with the damage from Windfury Attack) being more significant than the loss in spell damage from not using a Spell Power weapon, and this is true even in dungeons and raid fights with constant cleave or AoE.

A note here is that you will want to go for the 17% hard spell hit cap in order to never miss a spell. Unless you have a Shadow Priest always Mind Searing everything which is unlikely, you will miss some spells on cleave/AoE fights if only going for the 14% soft spell hit cap. When raiding, I can be both hard and soft spell hit capped with a quick trinket and ring change that I can easily swap out before any given encounter. As Enhancement is a hybrid spec and benefits from both Attack Power and Spell Power, we preferably want to use the Fish Feast food buff over, say, an expertise or hit rating food buff. A Hit rating battle elixir can be combined with an Intellect guardian elixir if needed, but obviously, the optimal choice of Alchemy consumable is the Attack Power Flask of Endless Rage.

And, sorry orcs. You're **** outta luck here. Lol.
