Faction Change: how do i get points?

hi there, i have reached lvl 90 with my paladin and i noticed that all my real life friends are playing in the other faction, so, i want to change faction. i saw somewhere that i need to have 1000 achivments so i start gaining points. now my question is, i have the 1000 achivments points, but on my molten account i still dont have any points. and i really want to change faction. can someone explain me how do i get the 30 molten points that i need? or what should i do to change faction? please help... and thanks!

you need to have at least 1 Character with 1000 Achievement Points ( the one gained on Blackrock-Warsong has no value)
