WotLK Fire Mage PvE..

Is it better to go fire mage with combination with arcane or is it better to go fire mage in combination with frost?? I would appreciate some help about that

If you mean whether the TTW or FFB spec is better, then the answer is TTW, at any gear level in 3.3.5. The mage compendium in one of the stickies explains what precisely these two specs are if you don't know.

The only way that wouldn't be true is if your raid group was somehow missing a class that could provide a debuff that activates the TTW talent, or if the particular encounter you wanted to spec for involved heavy AoE (FFB spec has stronger Blizzard ticks by far).
