What the **** is wrong with you, censure is perfectly fine. Me and Swissguard tested it yesterday and on 5k resilence its critting for 12-15k at full burst, and non-crit for 7-8.5k, which is same like it was on retail cata. Arcane mages arent bugged at all aswell, its not their problem that their spec is 1 or 2 button spam

Idk about you but I don't remember getting crit for even close to 15k by retris with cooldowns up and I was playing with 3300 resil as mage during s11.

3300 resilence, you say.. Probably you havent ever faced full bis 403 ilvl rets. I have been full crit build ret with t13hc legs and normal t13 gloves rest full cata, and as i remember censure ticks were about 6k with 10k full burst ticks. Now, since im cata elite and both heroic piece full crit build, on neltharion. I do 12-15k tops crits with full burst.
P.C. People had more resi in s9 than you in s11.

At all that was no update, that was a bugdate.....PvP is even worser than before...
- Censure isnt fixxed at all it still crits for 15-20k Damage
- Crowd Control on Shamans is bugged now, every shock stuns and silences you
- Firemages Crowd Control Silence the same proccs literalls to 100% now
- Frost DK´s silence has no DR anymore....
and so on the other was in PVE
- Ragnaros is bugged.....at tranq phase the Hammer spons left, the Son´s all run to the right side and explode.Also Sulfurus Smash is bugged, you dont see the wall´s that go away from the Hammer
- Ultraxion......Healer´s get Fading Light when 1 or 2 players are dead
- Firemages arent fixxed Ignite is worser than before
and so on the list is unendable....

I tested Deepholm quests and they are bugged. "The Very Earth Beneath Our Feet", the guy you are supposed to take quest from is not even there.
Not to mention that you have to be mounted when you are accepting quest from Mylra the Stormcaller on the flagship, when you accept quest from her, you are teleported outside the realm of Deepholm into textures, falling to your death. So, mount up, always, you can explore before HS-ing out into safety.
I upvoted this on bugtracker, I am urging you to do the same.
They probably will be updated next month along with Therazane reputation and countless other quests in Hyjal. The sad thing is that we only have to "upvote" things on bugtracker so we can expect some fixes.
So, guys, I implore you. Make complaints on bugtracker. The more upvotes and comments you have on them, the more likely chances are that they will be fixed.
Some response from the Staff regarding the next update or "fix" about this update, would be greatly appreciated.
