Need help on finding the location of Big Keech

I have just finally maxed my alch and jc. Already got the mats and gold for making the panther mounts however i am missing one more mat, the orb of mystery. I have already searched his whereabouts in game but to no avail. I even looked it up at the bugtracker if he was bugged and still none.

So tl,dr can you help me locate big keech that sells orb of mystery. Thanks!

Probably bug? or some quest you have to do and or rep require, dunno.
