Cant find ban appel

Hi i was banned 2 month ago and the account is still not unbanned please help i cant find ban appeal when i try doing a ban appeal it says connection error i really want to keep playing again. account = pain19

Ban appeals are done on the web support page (if your ban can be appealed).
Since you are mentioning connection errors as well, I would make sure that you are banned first. There has to be a red message on 'My account' on the web indicating why you were banned, and the time left if it was not a permanent ban.
