Maximum completable quests at Hyjal.

Pretty sure Hell's Shells is bugged...Nemesis doesn't spawn from what I can see, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

he is spawned, but like all other mobs in that area fell down through the earth. Probably with a hunter pet you can pull him up.
the nemesis crystal quest is possible, but it took me about 4 hours of gameplay to do this. (turtle despawns if you take a little different path than it had in mind, and it loves to stuck at hostile things.)

well i am a hunter and cant pull nemesis.. and about strenght of tortola i get them to crystal and nothing they just stare at it...

He didn't fall under the earth, it's on the right place at MF. There's a trick to go underground, and get to MF, kill turtle and easy quest item^^; after you complete Hell's Shells, you get 3 more quests working quests completed, and 1 more bugged

The Strenght of Tortolla is working, but instead of examining the crystal, you must bring turtle to the "Nemesis" NPC and kill it together with your turtle, after that you will get one more quest in which u will have to kill Nemesis once again.
Aaaand, that escort quest doesn't work out.
