Glyphs problem!

Hey, as everybody knows there are 6 places to put glyphs (3 big and 3 small). I bought 6 glyphs for my priest from AH, I learnt them but I could put glyphs just to 3 big places. Other 3 small are still empty. Anybody has any idea how to fill 3 small ones?
Also I have a Holy Priest so all glyphs which I bought are from Holy Specialization.

You have 2 types of glyphs. Major and minor, you probably bought 6 major.
