Quartermaster became visible to me after 88 quests. It's quite long but it works fine now.

This quest is broken. You can't mount the crystals and the drake can't attack at all.

that's alright. That quest isn't necessary for the quartermaster to appear

I got exalted in like 2 quests with therazane but u need to do quest chain before that, and now I'm stuck where u have to jump from rock to rock (but i keep falling) and kill dragon but dragon is on evade all time so u can't attack him.

How you start chain quest when Troll lady isnt even spawned ?
Im almost revered and i see quartermaster but hes like ''in war'' with me cos i cant do that chain.
