Somehow we lost the 30% icc buff after the server dc. Remade the raid changed the diff and **** but we coudnt get it back

seriously - it' s been 3 days already with new core- whats the point if we havent even been told when the DCs will be fixed- maybe never- maybe thats the new core- only for 10 min playing?
