Technical Error creating character?

Hello Warmane community,

Everytime i try to make a female Bloodelf Rogue i get the same erorr message, i tried to reinstall the entire client but nothing seems to help.
I tried on Deathwing, Lordaeron and Ragnaros
Is there anyone that can give me a solution

Edit: I also have this problem of my spells not showing Tooltips.

The common "error creating character" gets solved by trying another combination of customization on your character. Some WoD ones are no compatible with WOTLK.
When it comes to spells, it might be either settings or macros without the #showtooltip part.

If everything else fails try downloading the Wotlk (old) client without WoD models.
To turn on tooltips go to: Options> Interface > Help > Enchanced Tooltips.
